数控机床是一种一体化程度高、自动化程度高的机械设备,被许多工厂大量应用,以减少对人工需求和提高生产效率。由于数控机床的技术含量比较高,并且机器由大量的零部件构成,其故障的复杂性对维修工人的技术水平提出了新的要求,要求工人们与时俱进,掌握最前沿的数控机床维修技术,以保证机器的正常运行。文章就数控机床常见的故障诊断和维修进行了探讨,希望能够促进数控机床维修业的发展。

The numerical control machine tool is a kind of machineryequipment with high degree of integration and automa- tion,which has been widely used in many factories so as to reduce the demand for labor and improve production efficiency.Due to therelatively high technical content of CNC machine tools, and a large number of parts of the machine,whose fault complexityputs forward new requirements on workers maintenance technology level,which requires workers to keep pace with the times and grasp the most cutting-edge technology of CNC machine tool maintenanceto ensure the normal operation of the machine.This paper dis-cusses the common fault diagnosis and maintenance of CNC machine tools,hoping to promote the development of CNC machine tool maintenance industry.
