This paper researches alleviating traffic emergency traffic lights,which solvesproblems for many color blindness and color blindness in crossing the street and provides a safe driving environment,and the color of the light will not change,as do not cause any harm to normal people.It will light the information through the use of signal transmitter,send to the recent vehicles at intersections’and select the optimal path with the owner’ thus effectively alleviate traffic.
