冷藏车在易腐食品产、贮、运、销中起着十分重要的作用,随着时代的发展,冷藏车已经越来越趋于专业化和系统化,文章阐述了冷藏车在食品运输方面的作用和地位,分析了冷藏车的各种制冷方式及其特点,指出了冷藏车制冷方式的新方向。
Refrigerater trucks play a significant part in the procedure of manufacturing, storing, transporting,marketing of perishable food.As the development of generations.Refrigerater trucks is becoming more and more specalized and systemized.This article states the effect and status of refrigerater trucks in food transporting and analyses the various cooling methods and other characteristics of refrigerated trucks,and points out a new direction about refrigeration method of refrigerator trucks.
