摘要
结合电控柴油机线束的特性,分析了线束制作选型,线束的制作要求,介绍适合电控柴油机线束的制作要点,并针对ECU安装在博世电控柴油机上的EDC7UC31系统接地的线束进行了制作,以供电气设计人员或售后维修人员参考。
According to the characteristics of wire harness in the engineering machinery,the paper analyzes harness fabrica-tion selection and production requirements, introduces wire harness production which is fit for electronically controlled diesel en- gine,and designs according Bosch diesel engine on the EDC7UC3 1 system grounding wiring harness based on ECU,which aims to offer reference for electrical designers and customer service repair personnel.
