摘要
现阶段,国内快递企业具有广阔的发展前景,尽管发展比较快,而且逐渐发展成熟,但是快递在国内发展历史比较短暂,导致快递企业业务流程中仍然存在较多的问题。因此,探究该企业业务流程中存在的问题具有现实意义。文章在分析存在问题的基础上,提出行之有效的针对性设计方法,旨在优化快递企业业务流程,提高企业的运营效率。
At present,the domestic express business has broad prospects for development.Although the development is faster and gradually mature,domestic express development history is short, resulting in more problems in the business process of express enterprises. Therefore,it is of practical significance to probe into the problems existing in the business process of the enterprise. Based on the analysis of the existing problems, this paper puts forward an effective design method,which aims to optimize the business process and improve the operational efficiency of the enterprise.
