物流外包是大部分企业的运营方式,通过外包,可以整合资源、精简业务流程,集中精力研究自身所擅长的业务。文章拟通过分析石狮市制造业"家族式"经营状态,探讨石狮市服装制造业实施物流外包的必要性,促使其有效改善物流环境,融合对物流过程的监控与管理,提高石狮市服装制造业企业核心竞争力,达到石狮服装制造业业务效率的提高。

Logistics outsourcing is the operation mode of most enterprises, which can integrate resources,streamline business processes and focus on their own business.This paper aims to analyze manufacturing ＂family＂ operating state in Shishi to explore the necessity of the implementation of logistics outsourcing in Shishi garment manufacturing industry,effectively improve the lo-gistics environment,integrate monitoring and management of the logistics process,and improve Shishi garment manufacturing en-terprise＇s core competitiveness,so as to achieve business efficiency improvement of Shishi clothing manufacturing.
