摘要 高平顺、高稳定、高可靠是高速铁路基础结构必须具备的基本属性,对轨道平顺状态进行全面准确评价是保证轨道高平顺性的根本前提。针对我国现行轨道不平顺评价方法中存在的不足,定义一种用于描述局部波动的多尺度标准差卷积变换模型,并借助脉冲函数分析该模型的基本特性。结合某高速铁路动检数据,分析该模型对轨道平顺性的评估效果,基于最大熵原理确定最优局部管理区段长度为15m,并提出轨道局部波动指数概念。实例分析表明,轨道局部波动指数反映了局部波动与轨道平顺状态的内在关联,能够对轨道局部波动进行准确定位,可以为轨道养护维修方案的制定提供新依据。 High regularity,high stability and high reliability are the basic properties of high-speed railway infrastructure which covers vast geographical space.Comprehensive and accurate evaluation on track regularity is the basic precondition to guarantee the high regularity of rail.In this paper,a multi-scale standard deviation convolution transform(SDCT)model,used to describe the local fluctuation,was established based on the analysis of current rail irregularity evaluation method.The basic features of the SDCT model were analyzed using the pulse function.Combining the data of dynamic inspection vehicle in a high-speed railway,the evaluation effect of the model on track regularity was analyzed.The optimum length of the local segment was set to be 15 m based on the maximum entropy principle,and then the concept of the track local fluctuation index(TLFI)was put forward.Case analysis showed that this index,which reflected the internal connection between the local fluctuations and rail regularity state,can locate the local fluctuations accurately,and can provide a new reference for developing a track maintenance plan.
