影响高校体育教学信任环境的因素分析与探讨

Analysis and Exploration of the Factors Affecting College Physical Education Trust Environment

按照现代高等教育教学中各个要素的设计与运用,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法等研究方法从信任角度对体育教学环境进行探讨。分别对影响体育教学的各项因素进行归类分析,发现影响体育教学信任环境的主要因素分别为领导能力及管理方式,个人职业态度,体育教学的相关制度,办公条件与绩效,个人价值实现及期望满足,领导与教师间的契约关系;针对存在的问题提出相应的对策。

This paper,from the angle of trust,adopts such research methods as literature review,questionnaires etc.to explore the teaching environment of P.E.through the design and application of the necessary factors in the process of teaching in higher education institutions.The paper classifies and analyzes the factors affecting physical education and finds that the main factors affecting college physical education trust environment are the leadership and the management methods,individual's occupational attitudes,the related systems of P.E.teaching,working conditions and teachers' performances,individual's value achievements and expectations fulfillment,and the contractual relationship between leaders and teachers,and also puts forward some countermeasures to deal with the problems.
