摘要
"从众"是班级的凝聚力体现,利用"从众率"可以从数量上刻画班级正能量的引领效果。因此,通过构建班级引领团队,提升从众率;加大正能量辐射,稳定高从众率;强化榜样的正能量,实现行为的正迁移;坚持班纪班规的严肃性,强调自我约束意识等措施,形成班级文化的动态和谐链,有力地推动班级成员的全面发展。
Conformity is the reflection of a class' cohesive force.The conformity rate can enhance the guiding effect of the positive power quantitatively in a class.Therefore,in order to form the dynamic and harmonious chain in class culture to promote the overall development of all members in a class effectively,it is essential to take such measures as constructing aguiding team to improve the conformity rate,strengthening the effect of positive power to stabilize it,intensifying the model positive power to implement the positive transference of behaviors and persisting in the seriousness of class discipline and focusing on self-restraint consciousness.
