传统的犯罪原因论关注社会等宏观原因要素,但其并不能给犯罪防控提供具有实践价值的思路,反而将犯罪防控带入了务虚的困境。微观的犯罪原因论关注罪前情境及情境预防理论的运用,通过对行为人实施犯罪的罪前情境的消除,能最大限度地防控犯罪。故此,对犯罪的防控不仅要从宏观原因要素加以认识,更应重视微观原因要素在犯罪防控中的作用。唯此,犯罪防控才能做到有的放矢。

Traditional causationism of crime mainly focuses on macro-level factors such as social factors,but it can hardly provide valuable practical train of thoughts for crime prevention.Furthermore,it can probably lead crime prevention into being more theoretical and ideological.Micro-level causationism of crime concentrates on pre-crime situations and the application of the theory of situational prevention,which aims to prevent crime to its maximal degree by clearing away pre-crime situations.Therefore,both macro-level and micro-level causal factors of crime should be taken into consideration in crime prevention.Only in this way can crime prevention have a definite object in view.
