市场环境下微能源网商业模式研究

Study for Commercial Mode of Micro Energy Network in the Market Environment

微能源网是由狭义微电网发展起来的广义微型能源网,集成风、光、气等多种能源输入和热、电、冷等多种产品输出,其作为微型综合能源系统,不仅包含了供电服务,也涵盖了供冷、供热服务。微能源网具有广阔的应用前景,但是微能源网的商业模式还不够成熟,特别是电力市场环境对微能源网商业模式影响较大,缺乏相应的研究基础和实践经验。介绍了我国电力市场的发展概况和现有的售电模式,结合微能源网的技术特点,分析了市场环境下微能源网的作用与定位,并对微能源网的投资模式和运营模式进行了研究。最后,提出了市场环境下微能源网的主要商业产品,包括冷热电销售服务、面向用户的增值服务、面向电网的辅助服务和碳交易统一运作服务,对我国微能源网的发展和商业模式创新具有一定的参考价值。

Here,micro energy network means the generalized micro energy network,which is developed from the narrow sense micro grid, it integrated wind, light, gas and other energy inputs and heating, electricity, cooling and other kinds of product outputs ; as a micro integrated energy system, it not only contains the power supply services, but also covers the supply of cooling and heating services. Micro energy network has broad application prospects, but the business model of micro energy network is not mature enough, especially the power market environment has great influence on the business mode of micro energy network ; and lack of related research and practical experience. The development overview and the current sales mode of our electricity market are introduced ; and combining with the technical characteristics of micro energy network, the role and positioning of micro energy network under market environment are analyzed; and the investment and operating modes of micro energy network are studied. This provides certain reference value for the development and innovation of business model of micro energy network in China.
