摘要 采用冷压热固化法和热压法两种不同压制工艺制备杨木纤维化单板重组木,并对其进行力学性能和尺寸稳定性分析,测量重组木在不同密度下力学性能和尺寸稳定性的变化,探讨两种压制工艺对杨木纤维化单板重组木性能的影响,为改善重组木生产工艺提供技术支持。研究结果表明:冷压热固化法相对于热压法制备的重组木在力学性能和尺寸稳定性方面都有显著提升,但随着密度的增大其优异性不明显。因此,在满足各项力学性能和尺寸稳定性的情况下,实际生产时推荐使用热压法。 Two different pressing processes, i. e. the cold pressing and thermal cure process and the hot pressing process, are used to prepare poplar fibrous veneer scrimber wood, whose mechanical properties and dimensional sta-bility are analyzed,and whose changes in terms of mechanical properties and dimensional stability are measured un-der different densities. The effects of two pressing processes on poplar fibrous veneer scrimber wood are discussed with the aim to provide technical support for improving the production process of reconstituted wood. The research re-sult shows that compared with the hot pressing method, the cold pressing and thermal cure technology can significant-ly improve the mechanical properties and dimensional stability of poplar fibrous veneer scrimber. However,with the increase in density,the advantage become increasingly unobvious. Therefore,under the conditions of meeting various mechanical properties and dimensional stability of, the hot pressing process is recommended in actual production.
