石门水电站泄洪放空系统设计

摘要 对石门水电站坝址区地形地质条件、泄洪建筑的运行特点等方面进行分析,详细介绍了泄洪放空系统的方案拟定和建筑物设计,通过多用途过水通道共用的方式,成功实现了同一建筑物不同时期的导流、冲沙、泄洪、放空及泄放生态流量的功能。目前电站已正式投产运行,泄洪放空系统整体运行良好。笔者还针对该工程泄洪洞双孔口汇流段的水流控制、强震区塔体结构抗震设防、高外水无压隧洞结构安全及高陡边坡防护问题展开探讨。 Based on the analysis of topographical and geological conditions as well as operation characteristics of flood discharge structure in the dam area of Shimen hydropower station, this paper introduces flood discharge construction scheme and structure design in details. There are different functions of water diversion, sand sluice, flood discharge, emptying and ecological flow releasing in the same structure, which are achieved in different periods through the sharing way of multi-purpose water channel. At present, this station has been put into commercial operation, with its flood discharge and empting system in good condition. Furthermore, the problems of flow control of double - orifice confluence section of flood discharge tunnel in this station, earthquake resistance protection of tower structure in meizoseismal area, high external water pressure and free-flow tunnel structure safety, and high steep slope protection are also discussed in this paper.
