摘要
完成了16个钢管橡胶混凝土柱轴压试验,考虑再生橡胶取代率、再生橡胶粒径大小为变化参数,对其进行静力试验。试验表明:试件最终的破坏形态呈腰鼓状斜剪压破坏;橡胶的掺入使试件的延性增强;随着橡胶替代率的增加,钢管橡胶混凝土柱的承载力不断降低;橡胶粒径越大,钢管橡胶混凝土柱的承载力越小。通过现有规范或规程来计算承载力,并与钢管橡胶混凝土柱实验值进行了对比分析。
A series of tests on rubber concrete filled circle steel tube columns were conducted. Sixteen specimens were tested to investigate the influence of the replacement ratio and particle size of recycled rubber. The test results show that the failure mode of the rubber concrete filled steel tube column is drum-like under oblique shear pressure. The adding of rubber enhances the ductility of the specimen. With the increase of the replacement ratio of recycled rubber,the bearing capacity of the column de creases. The larger the particle sizes of rubber, the smaller the bearing capacity. Comparisons between the calculated ultimate strength of the column according to the codes and the measured value are carried out.
