摘要
文章运用SWOT分析法对新医改背景下建立完善住院医师规范化培训制度的的优势和劣势,机遇和威胁进行系统分析并提出完善对策,从而充分利用优势及规避威胁。
In this paper,SWOT analysis is used to analyze the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and risks in establishing and improving a standardized training system for resident physicians under the background of new medical reforms and puts forward some countermeasures so as to make full use of the strengths and avoid the risks.
