医院新员工试用期管理满意度调查研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的运用PDCA管理工具,调查孝感市某三甲医院新员工试用期管理改革满意度的情况。方法实施全方位的考评方法,采取问卷调查、个别约谈、代表座谈和电话调查等方法,对各类人员的行为评估、反应评估的满意度进行调查,采用SPSS20.0做统计学处理分析。结果通过调查,关于对试用期各类人员的反应评估综合满意度,临床医生改革前后87.96%~94.40%;护理人员改革前后91.11%~95.88%;医技人员改革前后80.43%~94.93%;行政后勤人员改革前后74.36%~90.38%;客服中心人员改革前后57.58%~95.56%。关于对试用期人员的行为评估综合满意度,适应新岗位能力改革前后85.77%~91.92%;思想政治表现改革前后91.08%~94.87%;工作能力及履职情况改革前后88.17%~92.89%,工作态度及敬业精神改革前后91.62%~92.89%;工作表现及业绩改革前后89.81%~93.52%。两大类评估的质量改进前—质量改进后评价综合满意度<0.01,有显著性差异。结论调查说明,实施新员工试用期管理考核改革效果较好,是催生促进新的用人机制的探索和实践。 Objective To investigate the satisfaction degree of probation period management of new employees in a Class I Grade A hospital in Xiaogan City using the PDCA management tool. Methods Comprehensive evaluation methods were used, including questionnaire survey, individual interview, interview with representatives and telephone survey, to investigate satisfaction degree of the evaluation on behavior and response of all kinds of personnel. SPSS20. 0 was used for statistical analysis. Results Through the investigation, the general satisfaction degree of evaluation on response of different personnel in probation period, before and after the reform, ranged as follows. Clinicians (87.96% - 94.40%),nurses (91.11% -95.88%), medical technicians (80.43% -94.93%), administrative support staff(74. 36% -90.38%) and call center staff (57. 58% - 95. 56% ) . The general satisfaction degree of evaluation on behavior of different personnel in probation period, before and after the reform, ranged as follows: daptability to the new job (8 5 .11% -9 1 . 92% ) , ideological and political performance (91. 08% - 94. 87% ) , competence and responsibility ( 88. 17% - 92. 89% ) , work attitude and professionalism (91.62% -92.89%), job performance (89.81% -93.52%). The general satisfaction of evaluation between the two kinds was significantly different ( P 〈 0. 01). Conclusion The reforms of the new employee probation period management and assessment have achieved good effect, which promotes a new employment mechanism.
