摘要
为适应"三医联动"的医改大势,针对我院医疗费用连续大幅增长及2012年医保巨额超支的不利态势,2013年我院对临床科室实施次均费用、药占比、平均住院日三项指标考核制度,以控制医疗费用不合理增长。控费实践取得了较好成效,有较深入的思考和体会。
In order to meet the trend of health system reforms,our hospital implemented the three - indexes evaluation system （average cost per time, proportion of drugs in medical expense, average hospital stay） in 2013 to control the unreasonable growth of medical expenses. Our practice has achieved good results, which gives deeper thinking and experience.
