Value of Informatics in Anesthesia Close-loop Quality Management

从医疗质量管理的角度出发,以实现PDCA质量闭环管理为目标,探索如何利用信息技术对麻醉临床质控的各个节点变量数据进行全程、客观地采集、计算、分析和评估,将CDSS工具嵌入日常的麻醉信息系统中,实现麻醉医疗行为追踪和合理的固化,最终有效提高医疗质量,提升医疗效率。

In this paper, from the perspective of medical quality management, we are exploring how to use IT tech-nology to acquire, calculate, analyze and evaluate all variable - nodes to achieve close - loop PDCA quality management across the entire process. Furthermore, we are encourage hospital to implant CDSS tools into anesthesia IT system to realize clinical behaviour tacking and curing, and finally enhance clinical quality and improve medical efficiency.
