目的探讨心脏起搏治疗的ICD-9-CM-3编码。方法通过对心脏起搏治疗方式的理解、起搏器种类的介绍及编码原则与查找方法的分析,结合起搏器手术分类类目、亚目,进行正确编码。结果根据不同的适应症,临床会选择不同的心脏起搏器进行治疗,编码员应根据具体的手术方式和实际采用的起搏装置进行相应编码。结论要做到正确编码,编码员首先应正确理解起搏手术治疗具体方式,分清起搏器的使用类型和植入的具体装置。

Objective To investigate the encoding of ICD - 9 - CM - 3 in cardiac pacing operations. Methods We completed the encoding of ICD - 9 - CM - 3 in cardiac pacing operations through the understanding of therapy by cardiac pacing ,the introduction to pacemakers encoding and the analysis of encoding principles and retrieving methods, combined with the categories and subcategories of pacemakers. Results Various heart pacemakers were used in different indications. Therefore, encoders should do the encoding correspondingly according to specific operations and adopted pacemakers. Conclusion To encode correctly, encoders should exactly grasp the encoding principal of cardiac pacing and clearly know the type of pacemakers and implanted devices.
