目的临床药师通过对1例左足底黑色素瘤化疗患者的药学服务,探讨临床药师如何对肿瘤患者进行药学监护。方法临床药师在化疗过程中与医生拟定化疗方案并指导患者正确用药,及时处理用药期间出现的不良反应,对患者出院后提出合理化用药建议。结果该患者的治疗方案制定合理,治疗效果满意,提高了临床药物治疗水平。结论临床药师药学监护发挥重要作用,保证了患者用药安全、有效,提高了患者生活质量,延长了患者生存时间。

Objective To explore how to carry on the pharmaceutical care for cancer patients by pharmaceutical Services to a left foot melanoma. Methods Clinical pharmacists in the course of chemotherapy develop chemotherapy and guide patients to the correct medication with doctors, timely deal with adverse reactions during treatment, offer the rational recommendations after leaving hospital. Results The Treatment program is reasonable and the treatment results were satisfactory and the level of clinical medication is improved. Conclusion Pharmaceutical care provided by Clinical pharmacists can play an important role in improving the safety and effectiveness of drug use, which enhanced the quality of life and extended survival time of patients.
