摘要
目的建立长时间存活的气管切开插管留置术大鼠模型。方法改良后一次性硬膜外麻醉导管建立大鼠气管切开插管留置术模型,通过观察气管切开插管留置术后大鼠的一般情况、存活时间以及7d存活率,与传统大鼠气管切开插管留置术进行比较。结果改良后硬膜外导管气管切开插管留置术大鼠的实验成功率为96%,传统组大鼠实验成功率仅为8%,两组大鼠7d存活率的比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良后硬膜外导管气管切开插管留置术大鼠死亡率较低,存活时间较长。
Objective Using one-time epidural catheter to set up a reform rat model of tracheotomy intubation.Methods The general situation,survival time and survival rate for seven days of rats were compared with the traditional mode.Results The experiment success rate of reform rat model was 96% and the traditional mode was 8%.Low mortality rate and long survival time were found in reform rat model group(P〈0.05).Conclusion The reform rat model of tracheotomy intubation is a safe and effective technique to perform tracheal intubation in rats.
