品管圈在提高2型糖尿病患者自我管理达标率的应用

Quality Control Circle in Improving the Target Rates of Self-management in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

目的探讨品管圈(QCC)在提高2型糖尿病患者自我管理达标率的运用。方法成立品管圈小组,确立"提高2型糖尿病患者自我管理达标率"为主题,确定2型糖尿病患者自我管理达标率低的主要原因并制定对策,设定预期目标值,按品管圈程序开展实施。选取2016年4月5~15日我院就诊的80例非初发2型糖尿病患者,通过问卷调查、数据分析,比较QCC前后2型糖尿病患者自我管理达标率和糖化血红蛋白值(Hb A1c)。结果 QCC活动实施前2型糖尿病患者自我管理达标率为47.92%,实施后达标率可提高至77.71%(P<0.01);QCC活动实施前糖化血红蛋白值(%)为(8.42±1.66),实施后糖化血红蛋白值(%)为(7.98±1.34)(P<0.05)。结论临床药师通过品管圈管理工具,精准化服务于2型糖尿病患者,有利于提高2型糖尿病患者自我管理水平。

Objective To Investigate the effect of the quality control circle（QCC） on improving the target rates of self-management in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods The QCC group was set up and the ＂improve in patients with type 2 diabetes self management compliance rate＂ as was established as the theme.The main reasons for the low compliance rate of type 2 diabetes patients and formulate countermeasures were determined and the expected target value was set up.And then the quality control circle program was carried out.80 cases of type 2 diabetes from our hospital were selected during 2016 April 5 to 15.The self management compliance rate and value of glycosylated hemoglobin（HbA1c） were compared before and after QCC through the questionnaire survey or data analysis.Results The self-management compliance rate was 47.92% before the implementation of QCC in patients with type 2 diabetes,while the self-management compliance rate was increased to 77.71%（P〈0.01）.activity,The value of HbA1c（%） was 8.42±1.66 before the implementation of QCC,while the value of HbA1c（%） was 7.98±1.34（P〈0.05） after the implementation of QCC.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists can accurately provide service to patients with type 2 diabetes through quality management tools,and help to improve the level of self-management of patients with type 2 diabetes.
