宫腔镜与传统刮宫术用于流产后宫腔残留清除的效果研究

目的分析对流产后宫腔残留患者行宫腔镜与传统刮宫术的清除效果。方法选取我院2015年2月至2016年2月收治的47例流产后宫腔残留患者作为本次研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组23例行传统刮宫术,观察组24例行宫腔镜手术。术后比较两组阴道流血时间、手术时间、术中出血量、一次清宫治愈率。结果观察组的阴道流血时间、术中出血量、手术时间均明显较对照组少,差异显著(P均<0.05);观察组的1次清宫治愈率为100.0%,对照组为73.9%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对流产后宫腔残留患者行宫腔镜手术治疗,不仅可将残留物清除干净,还可降低阴道流血时间、术中出血量以及手术时间。

Objective To analysis the effect of hysteroscopy and traditional curettage on intrauterine residue removal.Methods 47 cases of patients with intrauterine abortion in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected as the subjects of this study and were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The 23 cases in control group were underwent traditional curettage and the 24 cases in observation group were underwent hysteroscopic surgery.The vaginal bleeding,operative time,blood loss and cure rate were compared between the two groups.Results The vaginal bleeding time,blood loss and operative time in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group.The difference was significant（P〈0.05）.The cure rate in the observation group and the control group were 100.0% and 73.9% respectively.The difference was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Hysteroscopic surgery for patients with intrauterine residue can not only clean the residue,but also reduce the time of vaginal bleeding,blood loss and operative time.
