前哨淋巴结示踪定位技术是目前外科学和肿瘤学研究的热点。淋巴结示踪定位技术按示踪剂不同可分为染料法、放射性核素法和荧光法。在普外科领域,前哨淋巴结示踪定位技术已被很好地应用与发展,现就前哨淋巴结示踪剂在普外科领域的临床应用研究进展进行综述。

The sentinel lymph node mapping is a new hot spot of surgery and oncology in recent years.Staining,radionuclide and fluorescence imaging are main tracer techniques of sentinel lymph node.Lymph node tracer is important to tracer technique.The sentinel lymph node mapping has been used and developed in general surgery.Sentinel lymph node biopsy has been confirmed in general surgery.In this paper,the research progress in clinical application of sentinel lymph node tracer is reviewed.
