摘要
目的探讨品管圈在肿瘤患者疼痛护理中的应用效果。方法选取2015年5月至2016年3月于我院接受治疗的肿瘤患者140例,随机分为观察组和对照组各70例。对照组接受常规护理措施,观察组采取品管圈活动。对比分析两组患者的疼痛程度、自我护理能力、生活质量及护理满意率等指标。结果品管圈护理干预后观察组患者的疼痛程度、自我护理能力和生活质量明显优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组护理满意度为87.1%,明显高于对照组的60.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动能够减轻肿瘤患者的疼痛程度,提高患者自我护理能力和生活质量以及护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle（QCC）effect in patients with cancer pain nursing.Methods A total of 140 cancer patients treated in our hospital from May2015 to March 2016 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with each of 70 cases.The control group patients received usual care measures,the observation group received QCC.Comparative analysis of the degree of pain,the ability of self-care,the quality of life and the nursing satisfaction between two groups were conducted.Results Compared with the control group,the degree of pain,the ability of self-care and the quality of life in observation group were significantly improved（P0.05）,the satisfaction of care in the observation group was 87.1%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion QCC can reduce the extent of the pain of cancer patients and improve patient self-care and quality of life.It can improve patient＇s satisfaction of care,and it should be widely applied in the course of clinical care of cancer patients.
