摘要
顶岗实习学生党员是高职院校党建工作的重要组成部分,也是高职院校党建教育管理理论研究的重点。加强高职院校顶岗实习学生党员教育管理工作,需要结合高职院校教育和教学特点来开展。针对高职院校顶岗实习学生党员教育管理中存在的不足,分析和探究顶岗实习学生党员教育管理的新途径,推动高职院校党建教育管理的顺利进行。
The management of student party members in internship is an important part and the focus of Party building in colleges education management theory research which needs to be combined with the characteristics of education and teaching in higher vocational colleges. This article analyzes the shortcomings in the education and management of student party members in internship and explores the new approaches to promote the party building education management in vocational colleges smoothly.
