摘要
高职生学习动力不足是制约高职院校人才培养的关键。严峻的就业压力、社会对人才层次的需求不断提升、职业生涯规划的缺失等降低了高职生的期望值;专业课程设置、人才培养模式等难以切实提高学生的技术技能则降低了高职生的目标效价。依据期望理论,推进职普衔接、合理开设专业课程、侧重实践是增强高职学生预期期望、提高学习激情和动力的有效选择。
The learning motivation of vocational college students is the key to higher vocational education. Such factors as the severe employment pressure, social rising demand for talent levels, lack of career planning have reduced students' expectations. Professional curriculum setting and talents training mode are difficult to effectively improve students' technical skills and it on the contrary reduces their target value. Based on the expectancy theory, promoting the job’s cohesion, setting professional courses and strengthening practice are to enhance the expectations, learning passion and motivation.
