摘要
随着近几年电商的发展,快递企业的发展蒸蒸日上,其成功不仅仅在于它连接网络购物的两端,更多在于"最后一公里"的配送服务。本文针对顺丰速运(集团)有限公司目前的配送服务情况,从"最后一公里"配送服务的角度优化研究顺丰公司的配送服务,并提出相应的优化对策,以达到"最后一公里"配送服务优化的目的。
With the development of electricity suppliers in recent years, express business develops successfully. The success of courier companies focus not only on both sides of online shopping,but more on the delivery service of “last kilometer”. Accord-ing to the current condition of delivery service of SF Express, from the perspective of “last kilometer ” delivery service, a re-search and optimization for delivery service of SF is launched. The corresponding optimization strategy for SF Express’s distribu-tion service at the present stage is put forward to achieve the goal of optimizing the “ last mile” delivery service.
