Stem cell transplantation, selective granulocyte and monocyte apheresis, human fecal microbiota transplantation and other non conventional drugs for treatment of some refractory inflammatory bowel disease achieves a certain effect,and has certain application prospects. But which patients are suitable for use,how to use, security and other issues have not been completely resolved. This review introduces the practice and prospect of the methods.
