摘要
以苏南运常州段河航道升级为背景,通过有限元软件建立多个数值模型,确定典型断面中的板桩长度和超载工况下板桩支护的可行性。并研究对板桩进行锚固时最佳锚固点的选择。基于控制板桩水平位移的角度确定了板桩较佳的倾斜角度。通过工程实例对比直板桩和斜板桩在工程中的应用效果,得出可以通过适当增加板桩倾斜角度来达到缩短板桩长度的目的,从而降低工程造价。
In this paper,with upgrading Changzhou section of Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal as the background, the finite difference numerical simulation software was used to establish a number of different models with which supporting embankment with concrete sheet piles. A reasonable sheet pile length was found in this project and feasibility of concrete sheet pile to shore under slope overload was further studied. Based on the control horizontal displacement of sheet pile and the length change of sheet pile as tilted shoring, the better tilt angle of sheet pile is determined. Through engineering examples,contrast the application effect of vertical shoring and tilt shoring in the engineering, it is known that appropriate increase tilt angle of sheet pile can achieve the goal of shorting the length of sheet pile , thus reducing the project cost.
