通过对中日医疗型老年设施发展现状的比较,分析了日本医养结合老年设施的特点和优势,从综合型养老机构、人际交往环境、疾病护理团队、建筑内部设计四方面,提出了中国未来医养结合老年机构发展的建议。

Through comparing the development status of Chinese and Japanese medical-style old-age facility,the paper analyzes features and advantages of Japanese old-age facilities combining medical treatment with endowment,and puts forward development suggestions of old-age care institutions combining medical treatment with endowment in future of china from four aspects of comprehensive old-age institution,interpersonal communication environment,disease nursing team and internal building design.
