摘要
介绍了成本管理的含义,并以某软土地基处理工程为例,通过正交试验,从人工费、机械费、材料费等方面,分析了影响施工成本的因素,并对各因素进行了极差和方差研究,为制定出合理有效的成本控制措施提供了依据。
The paper introduces the definition of cost management. Taking the soft foundation treatment engineering as an example,through orthogonal test,starting from aspects of labor cost,machinery cost and material cost,it analyzes factors influencing construction cost,and studies their range and variance,which has provided some guidance for regulating rational and effective cost control measures.
