This paper analyzed the basic connotation of engineering cost work under whole life cycle theory,based on the control principle of engineering cost,from the project decision-making,design,construction three stages,elaborated the new mode of engineering cost management,and summarized the problems needing attention in the management mode,helpful to the maximum of corporate profits realization.
