在分析油气管道项目风险因素的基础上,建立了油气管道投资项目风险评估指标体系,并对层次分析法进行了改进,利用改进的模糊层次分析法确定了风险指标权重,建立了风险等级评语集,定量评估了项目风险。

On the basis of analyzing oil-gas pipeline project risk factors,the thesis establishes oil-gas pipeline investment project risk evaluation index system,improves analytical hierarchy process,determines risk index weight through applying improved fuzzy comprehensive hierarchy analysis method,establishes risk grade evaluating group,and quantitatively evaluates the project risks.
