介绍一种基于信息化技术的隧道远程监管系统设备在隧道变配电站中应用。该系统是一个全新设备管理理念,由隧道设备远程管理平台、采集图像设备、图像识别系统、数显传感器等组成。系统通过对抓拍的图像进行识别,实现设备实时运行数据采集。同时该系统具有设备异常报警、设备数据查询管理、远程监管、建立数据库等多种信息化管理功能,真正对设备管理工作进行远程控制,同时与其他信息管理系统实现数据共享与交互,更有利于建立完整的设备技术资料档案,作为设备全寿命周期分析依据,实现对设备更科学的可靠性管理及维修。隧道变配电站实际应用表明,设备远程监管系统为设备运行管理提供一种智能化运维手段。

This paper introduces a kind of tunneling remote monitoring system equipment based on information technology in tunnel substation.The system is a new equipment management concept,by the tunnel equipment remote management platform,collecting image equipment,image recognition system,digital sensor and other components.The system realizes the real-time running data acquisition by recognizing the captured images.At the same time,the system has a variety of information management functions such as equipment abnormal alarm,device data query management,remote supervision,database establishment and other data management system to achieve data sharing and interaction,more conducive to the establishment of a complete equipment technical data files,as the basis for equipment life cycle analysis,to achieve a more scientific equipment,the reliability of management and maintenance.The practical application of tunnel substation shows that the equipment remote monitoring system provides an intelligent operation and maintenance means for equipment operation and management.
