心理健康教育对提高基层消防官兵心理素质的作用

Effect of Mental Health Education on Improving the Mental Quality of Grass-Roots Fire Fighters

目的研究心理健康教育对提高基层消防官兵心理素质的作用。方法选取某消防队136名基层消防官兵作为研究对象,其中将接受心理健康教育68名消防官兵作为观察组,将其余68名消防官兵作为对照组,分析其心理素质的变化。结果心理健康教育后,对照组消防官兵躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神症状各项评分无明显改变,观察组消防官兵各项评分均有显著降低,且明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组消防官兵学习能力、社交自信、自尊、体能、外貌评分无明显改变,观察组消防官兵各项评分均显著升高,且明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理健康教育可有效缓解基层消防官兵的负面情绪,改善其心理缺陷感,提高其心理素质。

Objective To research the effect of mental health education on improving the mental quality of grass-Roots fire fighters. Methods 136 cases of grass-roots fire fighters in some fire department were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups with 68 cases in each, the observation group adopted the mental health education, while the other were used as the control group, and the changes of mental quality was analyzed. Results After the mental health education,various scores such as somatization, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, social contact sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility,terror, paranoia and physical symptoms had no obvious changes, and various scores in the observation group obviously decreased, which were obviously lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically sighificant（P〈0.05）; there was no obvious change in the learning ability, social confidence, self-esteem, body ability and appearance score, and various scores in the observation group obviously increased, and obviously higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically sighificant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The mental health education can effectively relieve the negative moods of grass-roots fire fighters, improve the feeling inadequacy and improve the mental quality.
