摘要
妇产医院作为妇产科疾病的专科医院,若要改善总体上的护理效果,必须采取适合的措施来提升护士的能力,以给患者提供高效、优质的服务。按照卫生部给出的"优质护理服务示范工程活动"的总体规划,考虑妇产医院的具体情况,护士长应当首先组织相关护理学者进行分析,并指派人员查阅相关资料,最后,结合妇产医院具有的护理特点,经由科内工作人员的共同探讨,从而制定包括护士医德、以及工作质量与工作量等指标在内的考核体系。医院方面可以采取"第三方评价办法",并设立绩效考核办公室,组织领导完成妇产医院护士绩效考核的评分、以及确定奖励措施,并给出考核结果。根据"按岗分配、按服务效果分配、按工作量进行取酬"的要求,以及"上不封顶、下无保底、强调高效和优质"的原则,并结合绩效考核内的事项,应当进行严格的实施质量考核。通过绩效考核之后,无论在医德素养方面,还是在工作效果与工作量方面,护士的水平都将有明显的提高,并且能够增强其从事工作的积极性,这样有助于进一步提升护士的工作效率;并且,护士在护理质量方面亦可以得到显著的提高,进而有效提升护理的满意度。
In order to improve the general nursing effect, the hospital for gynaecology and obstetrics must adopt the suitable measures to improve the ability of nurses and provide effective and quality services for patients, the head nurses should organize the related nursing scholars to carry out the analysis according to the total plan of high quality nursing service demonstration project given by the Ministry of Health, and then assign the personnel to refer to the related data, and finally make the examination system including nurse medical moral, working quality and workload combined with the nursing features in the hospital for gynaecology and obstetrics, and the hospital can adopt the third party evaluation method and establish a performance examination office, organize the leaders to complete the nurse performance examination score, make sure the incentive measures and give the examination results, and the quality examination should be strictly implemented according to requirement of reward based on workload and principle of paying attention to efficacy and high quality, after the performance examination, the nurses' levels of medical moral, working effect and workload are obviously improved, and the performance examination can enhance the working enthusiasm thus contributing to further improving the working efficacy of nurses, and the nursing quality of nurses can be obviously improved thus effectively improving the nursing satisfactory degree.
