呼出气一氧化氮检测在哮喘管理的应用效果

摘要 目的了解呼出气一氧化氮检测(Feno)在临床中的应用。方法通过随机分组对2015年6—12月来该院门诊及病房就诊的支气管哮喘患者30例患者,比较用药前后Feno、肺功能、ACT评分的疗效。结果哮喘患者治疗后Feno(23.44±13.58)、FEV1(75.34±9.67)%、ACT评分(20.45±5.03)分与治疗前Feno(36.60±12.51)、FEV1(52.90±9.84)%、ACT评分(15.53±5.24)分相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。Feno与FEV1、ACT评分无明显相关性。结论呼出气一氧化氮检测有很好的临床应用效果。 Objective To know the clinical application of expiratory air of nitric oxide test. Methods 30 cases of patients with bronchial asthma treated in the outpatient and ward in our hospital from June to December 2015 were randomly divided into groups, and the curative effects of Feno, lung function and ACT score before and after medication were compared.Results There were obvious differences in the Feno, FEV1 and ACT score after treatment and before treatment, [(23.44 ±13.58),(75.34±9.67)%,(20.45±5.03)points vs(36.60±12.51),(52.90±9.84)%,(15.53±5.24)points], the difference was statistically signifieaut(P〈0.001), and Feno had no obvious correlation with FEV1 and ACT scores. Conclusion The expiratory air of nitric oxide has a better clinical application effect.
