某医院近10年进修学员结构现状分析

Statistical Analysis of Advanced Student Structure Status in Our Hospital in Recent Ten Years

目的分析医院招收进修学员的基本结构情况,总结在进修学员培训方面的经验,从而进一步完善进修人员的培养和管理。方法采用线性趋势检验和秩和检验,对2006—2015年到该院进修的所有学员的基本信息进行统计分析。结果基层医院继续医学教育意识不断增强;31~35岁为外出进修最佳年龄;学历层次不断提高;初中级职称人员进修需求最大;医护进修比例变化趋势反转;短期进修成未来趋势;三级医院进修学员占主导。结论继续保持现有招生标准,适当增大短期进修班和护理人员的招生比例。

Objective To explore the basic structure condition of the advanced students admitted by the hospital and summarize the training experience thus further improving the training and management of the advanced students. Methods The basic information of all the advanced students in our hospital from 2006 to 2015 were counted and analyzed by the linear trend test and rank sum test. Results The medical education awareness in the primary hospital is constantly enhanced, and best age of further study is between 31 and 35 years old, and the academic level is constantly improved, and the further study demand of the staff with pre-inter professional titles, and the nurse-patient advanced ratio change trend is reversed,and the short-term advanced study is the future trend, and the advanced students in the three-level hospital is dominated.Conclusion Continue to maintain the existing enrollment standards, appropriate to increase the proportion of short-term training courses and nursing students
