南宁市城乡居民基本公共卫生服务相关知识知晓率调查分析

Investigation of Awareness Rate of Basic Public Health Service Related Knowledge of Urban and Rural Residents in Nanjing

目的了解城乡居民基本公共卫生知识知晓情况,为更好地开展国家基本公共卫生服务项目提供依据。方法采用填写问卷的方式对南宁市城市和农村共120名居民的疾病防治知识等基本公共卫生知识进行调查。结果中青年组(<60岁)与老年组(≥60)健康知识知晓率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同性别、不同文化程度、城市和农村居民对健康知识知晓率不同,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论南宁市城乡居民基本公共卫生服务健康知识知晓水平不高,应针对不同地区、性别和文化程度人群特点,建立符合当地居民要求的个性化健康教育策略,提高城乡居民的基本公共卫生健康知识水平。

Objective To know the awareness condition of basic public health service related knowledge of urban and rural residents in Nanjing thus provide basis for better carrying out the national basic public health service programs. Methods The basic public health knowledge such as the disease prevention knowledge of 120 cases of urban and rural residents in Nanjing was surveyed by the questionnaires. Results The difference in the awareness rate of health knowledge between the middle and young group（ 60 years old） and senile group（≥60 years old） had no statistical significance（P〈0.05）; and the awareness rate of residents of different genders and academic levels varies from person to person, and the difference was obvious（P〈0.01. Conclusion The awareness level of basic public health service related knowledge of urban and rural residents in Nanjing is not high, and we should establish an individual health education strategy meeting the demands of local residents according to population features of different regions, genders and academic levels in order to improve the basic public health knowledge level of urban and rural residents.
