风险防范式护理在儿科护理管理中的应用研究

Research on Application of Risk Preventive Nursing in the Nursing Management in the Department of Paediatrics

目的探讨风险防护式护理在儿科护理管理中的应用效果。方法选择2015年3月—2016年3月在该院儿科接受治疗的患儿126例,随机分为对照组(n=63例)和研究组(n=63例),对照组实施常规护理管理,研究组给予风险防范式护理管理,比较护理管理效果。结果对照组和观察组护理风险发生率分别为17.5%和4.8%,患儿家长对护理的满意度分别为76.2%和92.1%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿科护理管理中运用风险防范式护理管理可有效预防儿科护理中的风险,患者对护理的满意程度也可显著上升,值得在护理管理中推广应用。

Objective To study the application effect of risk preventive nursing in the nursing management in the department of paediatrics. Methods 126 cases of children treated in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 63 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine nursing management,while the research group adopted the risk preventive nursing management, and the nursing management effect was compared. Results The incidence rate of nursing risks in the control group and the observation group was respectively 17.5%and 4.8%, and the satisfactory degree of children＇s family to nursing was respectively 76.2% and 92.1%, and the difference between groups had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of risk preventive nursing management in the nursing management in the department of paediatrics can effectively prevent the nursing risks and obviously improve the nursing satisfactory degree of patients, which is worth promotion and application in the nursing management.
