以人为本理念在妇产科护理管理中的实施与探讨

Implementation and Study of People-oriented Idea in the Nursing Management in the Department of Gynaecology and Obstetrics

目的分析和探究在妇产科护理管理中应用以人为本理念的基本方法和效果。方法随机选择了2015年1月—2016年1月该院收治的120例妇产科患者作为对象进行研究,按照投硬币的方式将其随机分成实验组和对照组,对照组患者给予常规护理,而实验组患者给予了系统性的以人为本护理干预,然后对两组患者的MUIS量表评分、护理满意度、并发症发生情况进行记录和对比。结果实验组患者的MUIS量表评分(40.32±2.46)分低于对照组(52.58±2.97)分,且实验组患者对护理服务的满意度(100.00%)要高于对照组(86.67%),同时实验组患者中抑郁、焦虑、便秘、出血等并发症发生情况均好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论在妇产科临床护理管理中遵循以人为本的护理理念,不仅可以有效改善患者的临床指标,而且还能提高患者对护理服务的满意度,降低并发症的发生率,因此值得临床推广和应用。

Objective To analyze and study the basic method and effect of the application of people-oriented idea in the nursing management in the department of gynaecology and obstetrics. Methods 120 cases of patients in the department of gynaecology and obstetrics from January 2015 to January 2016 were randomly selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups, the control group adopted the routine nursing, while the experimental group adopted the systematical people-oriented nursing intervention, and then the MUIS scale score, nursing satisfactory degree and occurrence of complications of the two groups were recorded and compared. Results The MUIS scale score in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group[（40.32±2.46）points vs（52.58±2.97）points], and the satisfactory degree to the nursing service in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group（100.00% vs 86.67%）, and the occurrence of complications such as depression, anxiety, astriction and bleeding was better than that in the control group, and the differences had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Following the people-oriented nursing idea in the clinical nursing management in the department of gynaecology and obstetrics can not only effectively improve the clinical indexes of patients, but also improve the satisfactory degree of patients to nursing service, and reduce the incidence rate of complications. Therefore, it is worth clinical promotion and application.
