摘要
了解临床实习护生不同时期的心理特点,针对每个时期的心理特点,及时制定并提出临床实习期间护生的心理健康辅导与相应的管理策略,使护理教育者动态而全面地了解实习护生的心理健康状况,采取行之有效的对策。为辅导与教育实习护生顺利完成实习任务提供理论依据,帮助其走向独立工作的岗位,为社会卫生事业储备人才力量。
The paper is to know the mental features of clinical student nurses in different periods, make and put forwards the corresponding management strategies of mental health guidance of student nurses in the clinical practice period, make the nursing educators comprehensively and dynamically know the mental health condition of student nurses, and adopt the feasible strategies thus providing theoretical basis for guiding and educating the student nurses to complete the practice task successfully, helping them walk towards the independent positions, and reserving the talents for the social health enterprise.
