5S管理法在基层鼻窦炎住院患者管理中的应用

Application of 5S Management Method in the Primary Nasosinusitis Hospitalization Management

目的研究针对鼻窦炎患者住院期间实施5S管理方法的应用效果。方法该院五官科于2014年1月—2015年1月间实施常规住院患者管理方法,于2015年2月—2016年2月间应用5S管理理念进行干预,同时选取两年间鼻窦炎住院患者各40例,选取在职护士20名,分别为一般组与干预组,观察两年度患者对于临床管理方法的满意度,总结护士对于管理质量评分,得出科室出现不良事件情况。结果第一年度护理人员对于科室环境维持、物品摆放、医护合作关系及科室纪律等指标评分均较低,第二年度评分均较高(P<0.05)。一般组患者满意度为82.50%,干预组为95.00%,干预组较高(P<0.05)。一般组患者不良事件发生率为12.50%,干预组为2.50%,干预组较低(P<0.05)。结论在鼻窦炎患者住院过程中,科室运用5S管理方法,提高科室管理质量,大部分患者表示对临床服务表示满意,医护人员对于护理管理质量评价较高,患者出现临床风险事件较少。

Objective To research the application effect of 5S management method for patients with nasosinusitis during the hospitalization. Methods 40 hospitalization patients and 20 cases of nurses on the job from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected as the general group and were given the routine hospitalization management method, and 40 hospitalization patients and 20 cases of nurses on the job from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected as the intervention group and were given 5S management idea, and the satisfactory degree of patients to clinical management method was observed and the score of nurses to the management and the adverse events in the department were summarized. Results The index score of nursing staff to the department environment maintenance, article placing, doctor-patient cooperation relationship and department discipline in the first year was lower, and those in the second year was higher（P〈0.05）, the satisfactory degree in the general group was lower than that in the intervention group（82.50% vs 95.00%）（P〈0.05）, and the incidence rate of adverse events in the general group was higher than that in the intervention group,（12.50%vs 2.50%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the hospitalization course of patients with nasosinusitis, the application of management method in the department can improve the department management quality, and most patients are satisfied with the clinical services, and the evaluation of medical staff to the nursing management quality is higher, and the clinical risk event patients is fewer.
