老年人急性肾损伤的诊疗特点 被引量:2

摘要 急性肾损伤(acutekidney injury,AKI)是由不同病因引起的肾功能在短时间内急剧减退,肾小球滤过率(glomerular filtrationrate,GFR)显著降低以及因此而发生的一组以水、电解质及酸碱平衡紊乱为主要特点的临床综合征.国际标准认为大于65周岁的人为老年人,根据我国2010年人口普查数据,中国老年人口接近1亿2千万,占整个人群的8.87%,较10年前增加1.91%。
