摘要
目的探讨丹参、红花药材与丹红注射液指纹图谱的相关性。方法采用反相高效液相色谱(RPHPLC)法,以Kromasil C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,乙腈-0.1%甲酸为流动相梯度洗脱,柱温30℃,检测波长263 nm。结果丹红注射液标示26个共有指纹峰,有11个指纹峰来自丹参,14个指纹峰来自红花,表明丹红注射液与丹参、红花药材有良好的相关性。结论所建立的高效液相色谱指纹图谱方法重复性好,可作为丹红注射液工艺与质量的控制标准之一。
Objective To establish the fingerprints of Salvia Miltrorrhiza,Flos Carthami and Danhong Injection and analyze their correlation.Methods The study adopted RP-HPLC method,Kromasil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) as chromatographic column,acetonitrile-0. 1% fomic acid as mobile phase,column temperature 30 ℃,detection wavelength 263 nm.Results 26 common fingerprint peaks were separated in Danhong Injection,11 parks from Salvia Miltrorrhiza and 14 peaks from Flos Carthami.There was a good correlation between Salvia Miltrorrhiza,Flos Carthami and Danhong Injection.Conclusion This method was highly reproducible and can be used as one of the control standards for preparation and quality of Danhong Injection.
