2013～2015年我院抗菌药物使用情况分析

Analysis on the application of antimicrobial drug in our hospital from 2013 to 2015

目的分析我院2013~2015年抗菌药物使用情况,评价其合理性,为指导临床合理用药提供依据。方法自HIS系统提取抗菌药物相关指标数据,进行总结、分析。结果 2015年我院门诊患者抗菌药物使用率、急诊患者抗菌药物使用率、住院患者抗菌药物使用率、住院患者抗菌药物使用强度由2013年的17.86%、35.29%、60.44%、55.00 DDDs分别下降为13.93%、30.69%、56.36%、43.08 DDDs,Ⅰ类切口手术预防用抗菌药物比例由22.36%上升到24.36%,接受抗菌药物治疗的住院患者抗菌药物使用前微生物检验送检率有小幅度波动。结论我院抗菌药物使用总体情况明显改善,但仍需进一步细化管理,建立长效机制,促进合理用药。

Objective To analyze the application of antimicrobial drug in the hospital from 2013 to 2015,evaluate the rationality of antimicrobial application,provide basis for clinical treatment.Methods Taking out the indications data of rational drug use from the hospital information system,and then to summarize and analyze the data.Results The application rate of outpatient antimicrobial,the application rate of emergency antimicrobial,the application rate of hospitalization patient antimicrobial,the antimicrobial use density was decreased from 17. 86%,35. 29%,60. 44%,55. 00 DDDs to 13. 93%,30.69%,56.36%,43. 08 DDDs,peroperative antibiotics prophylaxis in Class Ⅰ incisions was increased from 22. 36% to24. 36%,the detection rate of microbiological specimens before therapeutic use of antibiotics was a little up and down.Conclusion The level of rational application antimicrobial drugs was improved significantly. But monitoring the application of antibiotics to promote clinical rational application antibiotics was urgent.
