红外线联合普林格尔对剖宫产术后腰背痛的疗效观察

The Observation of Curative Effect of the Combination of Infrared Ray and Pringle on Lumbago and Backache after Cesarean Section

目的探讨对剖宫产术后腰背痛患者采用红外线联合普林格尔治疗的疗效。方法选取400例于2013年11月至2014年12月期间在我院行剖宫产术且有腰背痛主诉的产妇,均行腰麻手术,根据随机分组原则将入选产妇分为对照组(心理安慰,n=200)和实验组(心理安慰+红外线联合普林格尔治疗,n=200),观察两组治疗后腰背痛缓解情况及满意度等指标。结果术后3 d、术后5 d时,实验组VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);同时治疗后,实验组患者阴道出血量、宫底高度较对照组显著要低(P<0.05);此外实验组较对照组产妇满意度显著要高(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产术后腰背痛采用红外线联合普林格尔治疗,可有效缓解腰背痛,促进产妇康复,患者满意度高,具有推广价值。

Objective To discuss the curative effect of patients with lumbago and backache after caesarean section by adopting the combined treatment of infrared ray and Pringle. Method The 400 cases of complained puerperal with cesarean section in our hospital admitted from November 2013 to December 2014 were selected for lumbar anesthesia operation. The control group （Psychological comfort, n = 200） and experimental group （Psychological comfort combined infrared ray and Pringle treatment, n = 200） were divided by the principle of random allocation to observe pain relief of lumbago and backache and satisfaction index in the two groups. Result After 3d and 5d of the operations, the VAS score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） ; At the same time, the amount of vaginal bleeding and height of fundus of uterus in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P 〈 0.05）;In addi- tion, the puerperal satisfaction of experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion It＇s of great promotion value for the treatment of lumbago and backache by applying combined infrared ray and Pringle after operation because it can relieve lumbago ＆ backache, and can promote maternal rehabilitation with high patients＇ satisfaction.
