护理安全管理路径在护理管理中的应用

目的探讨护理安全管理路径在护理管理中的应用。方法选取2012年5月至2013年5月在我院住院的患者75例作为观察组,根据护理工作现状及所存在安全问题进行护理安全管理改进后,对该组患者采用最新的护理安全管理路径模式进行护理;选取2011年5月至2012年5月未进行护理安全质量管理改进前入住我院的75例患者作为对照组,比较两组的护理安全质量评分、护理不良事件发生情况、患者满意度,并进行统计学的分析。结果观察组在实施护理安全管理路径后,护理安全质量管理评分等均明显优于实施前(P<0.05);观察组的护理不良事件发生率少于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者及家属护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05),差异均具有统计学意义。结论实施护理安全管理路径,有利于防范护理缺陷,提高护理人员的安全意识和护理服务安全性。对保障患者安全来说不仅具有重要的临床应用价值,而且对护理质量的提高有明显的促进作用,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the nursing safety management path in nursing management. Meth- ods May 2012 May 2013 were treated in our department as the observation group, 75 patients, post- care safety management improvement, the group treated with care and according to the status of the security prob- lems the latest nursing safety management path model of care; select May 2011 May 2012 did not conduct safety and quality of care management improvement before occupancy of 75 patients in our department as a control group, two groups were compared the safety and quality of care scores, the occurrence of adverse events in nurs- ing, patient satisfaction, and analyzed statistically. Results The study group improved after the implementation of safety management path nursing care safety and quality management etc. score significantly better than prior to the implementation（P 〈 0.05） ; The incidence of adverse events in nursing observation group than the control group（P 〈 0.05）, patients and their families in the observation group was significantly higher satisfaction with care（P 〈 0.05）, the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion The implementation of care and safe- ty management path, help prevent nursing defects and improve safety awareness and nursing care security. Not only has important clinical value, the overall quality of care in our hospital has to promote the role worthy of clinical use.
