摘要
基于图像处理技术实现了绝缘子的缺陷检测。首先将图像从RGB空间转换到HSI空间,分别针对图像的H分量和S分量进行图像分割,然后取H和S分量分割图像的交集,得到伪标准二值图像。接着,针对绝缘子相互遮挡的情况,直接运用图像处理算法,获取了较为满意的绝缘子串的整体轮廓,滤除误检轮廓,实现绝缘子的识别。最后,依据绝缘子自爆的特点,对绝缘子的自爆缺陷进行检测,给出绝缘子故障判断。实验结果表明:该方法能够较好地提取绝缘子前景图像,精准提取绝缘子轮廓和诊断故障。
Detection based on image processing technology to achieve the insulator defects detection.First,the image is converted from RGB space to HSI space,respectively H and S components of the image for image segmentation,then take the H and S components of the intersection of image segmentation,get pseudo standard binary image.And then,for the case of the insulator block of each other,direct application of image processing algorithms,being a relatively satisfactory overall outline insulator strings,filter out false positive profile,to achieve recognition of the insulator.
